Just a little can do so much.
Dear Family, Friends and Community:
Through God’s leading, I recently decided to go on a mission trip to Zambia, Africa with an organization called Global Expeditions. Global Expeditions is part of Teen Mania Ministries and in the last 25 years they’ve taken over 67,000 missionaries, like me, to more than 69 countries worldwide.
I’m excited about this trip, because Global Expeditions is committed to equipping me to be effective in reaching out to others in Africa, while also challenging me to become more aware of the needs of others in my own community. I cannot think of a better way to spend my time than sharing the Gospel with others and allowing God to change my own heart and life in the process!
Zambia is located in Africa, but I will be meeting my team first in Garden Valley, Texas for training on July 7, 2012. From there we’ll be going to Africa and I’ll be back home on August 2, 2012.
While we are in Zambia, I will be ministering to children who have become orphans because their parents have died of AIDS. In fact, every 35 seconds, a child becomes an AIDS orphan! Our team will be mentoring these orphaned children by acting as their older “sister” or “brother”, by living among them in tents and performing their daily routines as cooking over open fires. Most importantly, we will be sharing the Gospel, letting these children know that God has not forgotten about them but wants each of them in His family! Through all these events, we hope to win many souls to the Lord Jesus Christ. I’m very excited about this opportunity and the experience that lies ahead.
As you can imagine, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people. All funding is through donations and by those going on the mission trip. I need to raise $5,042; wherein, 50% is due by May 29, 2012 and the other 50% is due by June 29, 2012. If you can support me in a financial way, I would be very grateful. While money is important, it comes in a distant second to my need for your prayer support. Please pray for me as I prepare for this mission and while our team is in Zambia. Pray that people will see the love of Jesus through us and will be touched in some way. My prayer is that this trip proves to be life changing for the children of Zambia even more than for myself. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God’s leading in ministry. Please pray daily for Zambia, our team, Global Expeditions and all the nations they visit.

Your Great Name
Oh Jesus you are so Mighty. I thought no one noticed me. I thought no one was reading these but God they are. Your Mighty followers are Jesus. Please God i fall to my knees before you. There is no way i can raise this money God! Not without you! Jesus you are my provider! Please help me get this money to go to Zambia to change my life and the lives of those kids. Thank you Jesus. You are so Perfect and I’m so in love with you. I fallen so hard for you and i just want to be in your presence my whole life God. I want to serve you my whole life God! I want others to experience your love Jesus. Please God use me! Jesus i surrender I’m here. Proclaim!

Help Me Forgive
God i always asked why would you make this family if it is broken. Separate, torn apart. But God you are good. I would worship even in my last minutes of living Jesus. You put all this in my life for a reason and God thank you. My relationship with you has flourished and i thank you for letting me experience you like i did Jesus. I know i can’t go on with our relationship unless i fix the one with my brothers. But God right now i proclaim God. I forgive them Jesus you showed me how to forgive and i forgive jesus. Thank you. Jesus i still pray over my mission trip. Jesus you know everything God. I lay down my life for you Jesus. Please help me provide for this trip God. Jesus just put in these peoples heart to help God. You are perfect and i put all my faith in you. I know i don’t have to worry and i won’t be short not even one dollar for my trip to Zambia Jesus Thank You. Praise your Great Name. JESUS

My faith is in You.
God today Joshua 1:6-9 standed out like no other. God you know i need money for this mission trip and the verse “This book of instruction must not depart from your mouth; you are to recite it day and night, so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do. Haven’t i commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged for the LORD you God is with you wherever you go.” God i believe this with all my heart. I put all my faith in you God. Let someone read this and pray if this is something you want them to do. Because God people who give receive ten times more from you God. I just pray someone at least one person reading this can help. Just a small portion can change so much. Just thank you God. Thank you for being perfect and giving and unchanging jesus.
